The product provides a limited benefit for certain hospital indemnity plan benefits. - This option is not available for dependent life and some states may have restrictions.
- Not payable if the driver was legally intoxicated or under the influence of drugs at the time of the accident.
- Lump-sum payments are 100% of the coverage amount unless otherwise noted as a partial benefit. Partial benefits allow the remaining coverage to be paid for another covered illness in that benefit category. Subject to medical verifications and conditions as defined in the policy.
- If spouse and/or children coverage is offered as part of the plan.
